Why should I choose DJ Cloud for my event?
DJ Cloud operates with complete honesty and transparency. I provide exceptional entertainment and the most accommodating and attentive customer care. I pride ourselves on listening to our clients and respecting their input and wishes. I use professional sound and lighting equipment.
Are you Insured?
DJ Cloud carries a full liability insurance policy with a coverage value of £10,000,000. I am happy to provide you or your venue with a copy of my Insurance Policy upon request.
Is the equipment safe?
DJ Cloud has a full UK PAT (Portable Appliance Test) Certificate. I am happy to provide you or your venue with a copy of my PAT Certificate upon request.
What kind of equipment do you use?
DJ Cloud uses the highest quality professional-grade sound equipment available, and up-to-date professional lighting.
When do you arrive to set up for an event?
DJ Cloud always arrives on-site at least 90 minutes prior to the contracted start time of the event, and earlier as necessitated by the setup requirements of the site.

How involved can we be in selecting music for our event?
DJ Cloud encourages you to be as involved as you would like to be! Most of my clients place great value on music and probably have very distinct ideas about what they want to hear. If you would like to select every song, I am happy to accommodate you. The majority of our couples, however, prefer to discuss with their DJ, in depth, their preferences and at least a few specific requests. Rest assured, you will never hear songs you have asked not to be played, or genres you’ve told me you do not like.
Is a deposit required, when, and how much?
Yes, a non refundable deposit of £50 for parties and Weddings is required to secure the date of your event, and should be paid at the time of booking. Payment can be made by Cash, Cheque or BACS.
When is the full balance payment required?
The full balance payment is due on the night, in cash, and should be paid once I have setup and before the music starts.
What payment types do you accept?
Payment can be made by Cash or BACS. Payment by BACS should be made at least one day before your event. Cash on the night should be made once I have finished setting up and before the music begins.
